Additional details
- The partnership, which is part of PHOTON CAPITAL, will build a solar power plant dedicated to this PPA in Fukaya City, Saitama Prefecture
- The generated power will be supplied to both the tenants’ and public portions of three buildings owned by the Chuo-Nittochi Group: Nittochi Building (Chiyoda City, Tokyo), Nittochi Nihonbashi East Building (Chuo City, Tokyo), and Nittochi Okachimachi Building (Taito City, Tokyo)
- Combined with additionally purchased renewable energy credits, 100% of the buildings’ power consumption is expected to become renewable
