- Summit Energy will supply power generated at Summit Wind Power’s Kashima Wind Power Plant to multiple JR Chuo Line Community Design’s facilities including nonowa Musashi Sakai (EAST, WEST), Nonomichi Sakai, nonowa Higashi Koganei, nonowa Musashi Koganei
- The power plant, located in Kashima City, Ibaraki Prefecture, that will be used for this PPA was commissioned in February 2007 under the FIT scheme and will be converted to the FIP scheme
- JR Chuo Line Community Design will purchase additional renewable energy credits to make consumption at the facilities 100% renewable
