- SymEnergy will build and operate two solar power plants in Tochigi Prefecture, that will be used to supply power to Nomura Real Estate Private REIT-owned Plena Makuhari shopping mall in Chiba Prefecture
- Combined with additional renewable energy certificates to be provided by TEPCO Energy Partner, 100% of the annual approximately 6.82GWh power consumption at the shopping mall is expected to be renewable once the two power plants enter into service
