- KDS Solar, a joint venture between Kansai EPCO, Daiwa Energy & Infrastructure, and SMFL Mirai Partners, will develop solar power plants from which power will be supplied to C&F Logi Holdings’ subsidiaries Hutech Norin and Meito Transportation’s 12 facilities (mainly refrigerated warehouses) in the Kanto Area
- The power supplied through this PPA will account for about 11% of the 12 facilities’ consumption
- This is C&F Logi’s first corporate PPA
