- JA Mitsui Energy Solutions developed a rooftop solar power plant at Senko Keiyo PD Center in Ichihara City, Chiba Prefecture
- The solar panels are co-located with a 193.5 kWh battery storage system, a first for the company
- The solar panels by themselves cover approximately 50% of the center’s daytime consumption
- A third of the generated renewable energy credits will be used at the center itself while the remaining two thirds will be assigned to Shiomi SIF Building in Koto Ward, Tokyo
