Excess power generated at one of the logistics facilities built by Nishimatsu Construction will be delivered to four student dormitories owned by the company (Hiyoshi International Student Dormitory, Shonan Fujisawa Future Creation Academy Student Dormitory (H Village), Takanawa International Student Dormitory, and NCRe Tamagawa Gakuen)
The off-site portion of the PPA is expected to account for about 20% (220MWh/year) of the four dormitories’ consumption and lead to 94t per year CO2 emission reduction
Adding the off-site component to the on-site PPA will allow Nishimatsu Construction to use 100% of the generated power
