- ES Solar LLC, a company 100% owned/controlled by Earthsolar through ‘tokumei kumiai’ (silent partnership), developed and will operate six solar power plants in Akita, Aomori, and Iwate prefectures in the Tohoku TSO area and supply the generated power to NTT Docomo’s buildings in the area through Tohoku EPCO
- The project is financed by Akita Prefecture-based Hokuto Bank
- The PPA is expected to lead to 4,740t-CO2/year emission reduction once fully operational
