- TESS Engineering developed a rooftop solar power plant at SOSiLA Kasukabe, a logistics facility developed by Sumitomo Corporation (investment by SOSiLA Logistics REIT)
- Of the approximately 1.72GWh generated annually, 0.87GWh will be used on-site by the facility while 0.85GWh will be sold in the wholesale market by TESS Engineering and subsidized with FIP (balancing to be done by TESS Holdings Group)
- The 0.87GWh is expected to account for approximately 53.3% of the facility’s annual consumption and lead to a 737t-CO2 per year emission reduction
