Mitsui Fudosan partnered with TEPCO Energy Partner; the former will develop over 100MW of solar power plants while the latter will aggregate them and deliver the generated power to Mitsui Fudosan-operated office buildings and other commercial facilities
By FY2030, the generation is planned to reach 200GWh/year and emission reductions are expected to be 85,000t-CO2 per year
The first two power plants were commissioned on October 1, 2024, and are used to power non-tenant parts of Tokyo Midtown and Tokyo Midtown Hibiya
