Additional details
- Prologis will use the FIP scheme for rooftop solar power plants on two of its logistics facilities to supply non-fossil certificates to Sumitomo Life
- Prologis Park Okayama (completion planned for August 2025): 1.2MW rooftop solar power plant, all generated NFCs to be supplied
- Prologis Park Morioka (completed in November 2023): 5.7MW rooftop solar power plant, 4.6MW worth of NFCs to be supplied and 1.1MW self-consumed
- The PPA was arranged through Digital Grid’s RE Bridge; Digital Grid will be in charge of balancing, selling the generated power into the wholesale market, and supporting NFC transactions
