- In Dec. 2022, Bic Camera added an on-site PPA at its Higashimatsuyama Center (Higashimatsuyama City, Saitama Prefecture) logistics facility’s old building, which has been supplying approximately 22% of the center’s power and led to approximately 430t-CO2 emission reduction
- Solar panels were installed at the center’s new building too; the generated power is being supplied to Bic Camera Ikebukuro Store in Toshima City, Tokyo; it accounts for 100% of the store’s annual consumption and is expected to cut emissions by approximately 861t-CO2
