Tokyu Land will build a 9.52MW rooftop power plant at Logiport Nagoya, a multi-tenant logistics facility the company developed and partially owns in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture
The power from the “Reene Logiport Nagoya Solar Power Plant” will be used on site with excess power being used for the PPA
Rather than being structured as a CfD, Tokyu Land will sell the generated non-fossil certificates to Konica Minolta at a fixed price and use the FIP scheme; Tokyu Land’ subsidiary Reene will aggregate the power plant
