  • Tokyu Land will build a 9.52MW rooftop power plant at Logiport Nagoya, a multi-tenant logistics facility the company developed and partially owns in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture
  • The power from the “Reene Logiport Nagoya Solar Power Plant” will be used on site with excess power being used for the PPA
  • Rather than being structured as a CfD, Tokyu Land will sell the generated non-fossil certificates to Konica Minolta at a fixed price and use the FIP scheme; Tokyu Land’ subsidiary Reene will aggregate the power plant
