- Chubu EPCO will build a power plant on unused land owned by Ogaki Kyoritsu Bank within its research facility in Yoro Town, Gifu Prefecture; the generated power will be supplied to 10 of the bank’s facilities including its main branch in Ogaki City, Gifu Prefecture, via Chubu Electric Power Miraiz
- Construction work is expected to begin in August 2025
