- NTT Anode Energy will deliver power from new solar power plants to four NTT Urban Development assets in Tokyo and Nagoya including the Shinagawa Season Terrace (annual consumption of approximately 17GWh), Urbannet Nagoya (7GWh), and Urbannet Nagoya Nexta (4GWh) office buildings, and the WITH HARAJUKU (4GWh) mixed-use facility
- The PPA will account for about a third of the buildings’ combined consumption
- The PPA is expected to lead to 3,800t-CO2/year emission reduction
