Additional details
- Smart Eco Energy will supply power from Shimizu Corporation’s solar power plant in Otsuki City, Yamanashi Prefecture, to Kogakuin University’s Shinjuku Campus, Hachioji Campus, and related junior high and high schools
- Construction of the power plant was subsidized by Tokyo Government
- In addition to the PPA, the organization will also procure environmental certificates from other sources via Smart Eco Energy to cover the entire 14GWh/year consumption of the facilities
