Keishi launched Japan Energy Hub after noticing how fragmented and often difficult to find information about the Japanese power market is. He is responsible for Enehub Co.’s overall operations and product development, as well as for English content.
Previously, he worked as a freelance consultant and ran various online media businesses for over a decade. He is a Temple University Japan graduate and an avid aviation enthusiast.
Kumiko Shibaoka
Head of Research & Enehub Platform
Kumiko co-founded Japan Energy Hub after working as a freelance consultant in the industry for over four years, helping both local and international companies. At Enehub, she is responsible for tracking regulatory and other developments, as well as for overall operations of Japan Energy Hub’s Japanese sister site Enehub.
Prior to joining Enehub, Kumiko worked at Sumitomo Rubber Industries and the Embassy of Japan in Kenya.

August 2024: The Japan Power Industry Executive monthly report covering key regulatory and policy developments in the market is launched.
July 2025: The first edition of CPPAs in Japan: Market Overview, Trends & Opportunities is published.
December 2025: Enehub Co., Ltd. is incorporated.
