Governing law and dispute resolution
Governing law: These terms and any disputes related to them or the Service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or the Service shall be resolved through negotiations in good faith. If the parties cannot resolve the dispute through negotiations, the dispute shall be submitted to mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Japan.
