- As part of this PPA, ZEC will develop four power plants, all expected to start operation in September 2024 (names tentative):
- Tohada Power Plant in Higashiibaraki District, Ibaraki Prefecture (950kW)
- Kamizawa Power Plant in Hokota City, Ibaraki Prefecture (950kW)
- Nakadai Power Plant in Omitama City, Ibaraki Prefecture (850kW)
- Ashizaki Power Plant in Hitachinaka City, Ibaraki Prefecture (900kW)
- The power will be supplied to Pan Pacific International Holdings’ following four stores:
- MEGA Don Quijote Misato Store in Misato City, Saitama Prefecture
- Benibana Walk Okegawa Store in Okegawa City, Saitama Prefecture
- Apita Utsunomiya Store in Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture
- Apita Nagatsuta Store in Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture
- This PPA is expected to account for approximately 17% of the four stores’ consumption
