- FPS will supply the output of four SymEnergy solar plants in Inzai City and Noda City, Chiba Prefecture, Hamura City, Tokyo, and Sagamihara City, Kanagawa Prefecture, to Nomura Real Estate Private REIT-owned Nomura Fudosan Shin-Yokohama Building
- In addition to the PPA, it will also supply power sourced elsewhere and covered by NFCs to decarbonize the entire approximately 4.29GWh/year annual power consumption of the building
